01Do I need a service acquisition team? Who works the yeses?

No team needed. When the RO opens, the customer gets a text. If they reply yes, it goes straight to the salesperson you've assigned. If nobody claims it within 5 minutes, your managers get an alert. Nobody has to remember to ask. And if you already have a service acquisition team, this just keeps them fed.
