We saw a gap in how trade-in and valuation tools worked on dealership websites. Most were clunky, slow, and not built for mobile — frustrating customers and causing them to bounce before taking action.
At the same time, consumers were relying on third-party sites to make decisions about their car’s value — giving those companies the chance to resell the same leads back to dealers or send them to competitors.
We set out to fix both problems: create an experience that’s simple, fast, and built for mobile users — and put dealers back in control of the customer relationship by giving them the tools to communicate real value directly to their customers.
