Outside Sales Executive

OTE $204k+ | Contract → W-2 Path (3–6 Months)

We’re hiring top-tier Outside Sales Executives to run major territories for MotoAcquire — the modern trade-in and value-tracking platform used by leading automotive dealers.

Open Territories:

California · Texas · Florida · New York · Pennsylvania · Ohio · Illinois · Wisconsin · Michigan · Georgia · North Carolina · New Jersey · Tennessee · Virginia · Colorado

Role Structure:

  • Start: Independent Contractor (1099) for 3–6 months


  • Convert: Full-time W-2 role upon meeting performance targets


  • W-2 Base Salary: $96,000–$108,000 depending on experience


  • On-Target Earnings: $204k+ with uncapped commissions


What You’ll Do:

  • Own your territory and build a profitable dealer book of business


  • Prospect, demo, and close franchised dealerships


  • Represent MotoAcquire’s trade-in + value-tracking platform


  • Build relationships with GMs, GSMs, Pre-Owned Directors, and Internet Managers


  • Provide pipeline updates and collaborate with the sales team


  • Work directly with Russ Richardson (RussFlipsWhips), Head of Sales & Marketing


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience selling software or services to auto dealerships


  • Existing dealer relationships strongly preferred


  • Proven closer who can run a full sales cycle independently


  • Strong communication + follow-up discipline
