Outside Sales Executive
OTE $204k+ | Contract → W-2 Path (3–6 Months)
We’re hiring top-tier Outside Sales Executives to run major territories for MotoAcquire — the modern trade-in and value-tracking platform used by leading automotive dealers.

California · Texas · Florida · New York · Pennsylvania · Ohio · Illinois · Wisconsin · Michigan · Georgia · North Carolina · New Jersey · Tennessee · Virginia · Colorado
Role Structure:
Start: Independent Contractor (1099) for 3–6 months
Convert: Full-time W-2 role upon meeting performance targets
W-2 Base Salary: $96,000–$108,000 depending on experience
On-Target Earnings: $204k+ with uncapped commissions
What You’ll Do:
Own your territory and build a profitable dealer book of business
Prospect, demo, and close franchised dealerships
Represent MotoAcquire’s trade-in + value-tracking platform
Build relationships with GMs, GSMs, Pre-Owned Directors, and Internet Managers
Provide pipeline updates and collaborate with the sales team
Work directly with Russ Richardson (RussFlipsWhips), Head of Sales & Marketing
What We’re Looking For:
Experience selling software or services to auto dealerships
Existing dealer relationships strongly preferred
Proven closer who can run a full sales cycle independently
Strong communication + follow-up discipline
