MOTO turns on the feed, maps the RO trigger and sends a test text.

Guardrails decide who gets a text
When a repair order opens, MOTO checks the customer against your guardrails and texts only the ones who qualify.

WHY MOTO PAYS FOR THE DATA

TARGETED, NOT BLASTED

Customer records, F&I deal records, service history and live repair orders come through Authenticom (Reynolds stores through the Reynolds Certified Interface). The feeds are expensive and MOTO absorbs every fee, because without deal and equity data a service-drive tool can only text everyone.

With it, the store texts the customer who is 19 months into a loan, under $5K negative, with a $1,500 repair estimate — and leaves the person who bought a car last spring alone. Guardrails are set per store, so a group can run a different play at every rooftop.

Every address pulled from Tekion goes through paid validation before a single send. Failed addresses are returned to the store, not emailed.
