The News: How CDJR Dealers Can Sign Up for MOTO(acquire) Through Stellantis

MOTO(acquire) just became an official Stellantis partner. Here is what that means for CDJR stores, and why Mike says there is no reason to wait.

MCMike Crothers, CEO of MOTO(acquire)
Key points
  • MOTO(acquire) is now officially a Stellantis partner, so any CDJR dealer can sign up right now in the Stellantis portal.

  • MOTO(acquire) is fully co-opable, which means CDJR stores can look at using co-op dollars toward it.

  • Mike says the numbers from the pilot program were absolutely insane, and he plans to cover them in a separate video.

  • CDJR dealers can find MOTO(acquire) in the Stellantis portal today or book a demo with the MOTO(acquire) team.

CDJR stores, this one is for you. If you have ever wondered how do CDJR dealers sign up for software through Stellantis without a long vendor process, the answer for MOTO(acquire) just got simple. MOTO(acquire) is now officially a Stellantis partner, and any CDJR dealer can sign up right now in the Stellantis portal.

Most used car managers I talk to already know they need more cars that did not come from the auction. The hard part is usually getting a new tool approved, paid for, and live. This partnership takes a lot of that friction out for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram stores.

MOTO(acquire) is now an official Stellantis partner

Here is the news in plain terms. MOTO(acquire) went through the Stellantis process and came out the other side as an official partner. That puts us inside the same portal CDJR dealers already use, instead of off to the side as one more outside vendor.

We also ran a pilot program before this announcement. In Mike's words, the numbers that came out of it were absolutely insane. He is saving the details for another video, so keep an eye on the Product Updates and Feature Friday hub for that one.

How do CDJR dealers sign up for software through Stellantis?

For MOTO(acquire), the path is direct. You do not need to chase down a separate approval process to get started.

  1. Log in to the Stellantis portal. Use the access your store already has.

  2. Find MOTO(acquire). We are listed as a Stellantis partner.

  3. Sign up. Any CDJR dealer can enroll right now.

  4. Or skip ahead and talk to us. If you want to see it first, book a demo with our team.

If you are not the person at your store who handles portal enrollments, loop in whoever manages your Stellantis programs. It is usually a quick conversation once they know where to look.

What does fully co-opable mean for your store?

Mike put it this way: "Did I mention that MOTO(acquire) is fully co-opable?" For a dealer principal or GM, that matters. Co-op dollars are marketing funds tied to your franchise, and a co-op eligible tool is one you may be able to put those funds toward.

Every store's co-op balance and program rules are different, so check with your Stellantis contacts on how it applies to you. The point is simple: a tool that helps you buy more used cars may not have to come entirely out of your own budget.

What MOTO(acquire) brings to a CDJR store

MOTO(acquire) is used by hundreds of dealers to acquire used vehicles from the customers they already have and the shoppers already on their website. The platform includes:

  • MOTO(convert): a website trade tool with instant valuations, firm offer requests, and monthly value tracking. It includes the free buying power tool.

  • MOTO(retain): sends past sales and service customers their vehicle's value every month. These value tracking emails have a 36% open rate and 99.5% deliverability.

  • MOTO(drive): service drive acquisition using DMS data and automated texts. It pushes VIN and miles to your inventory tools and alerts your sales team when a customer is ready. MOTO(drive) stores consistently buy about 1% of their repair orders without dedicated service acquisition hires.

  • MOTO(social): gives each person posting on social their own link, with leads attributed in the CRM.

  • MOTO(insite): a consumer site with free vehicle history information.

MOTO(acquire) integrates with all major DMS platforms and many others, including Tekion, Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds, and Auto/Mate. If your store runs a DMS we do not integrate with yet, we will build the integration.

So what are you waiting for?

That was Mike's closing line, and it is a fair question. You can sign up in the Stellantis portal today, it is co-op eligible, and the pilot results were strong enough that they get their own video.

Find MOTO(acquire) in the Stellantis portal now, or book a demo with our team and see what it looks like on your store's website.
